Erg vriendelijk en professioneel, zorgt voor een fijne en rustige sfeer tijdens de lessen en stelt je goed gerust wanneer je het spannend vindt. Alles wordt duidelijk en rustig uitgelegd. Ik was erg nerveus i.v.m leeftijd (59). Hij weet hoe hij daarop moet inspelen en dat bracht rust. Tijdens de les af en toe even stoppen en na wat ademoefeningetjes weer door. Zelfs toen ik wou stoppen wist hij me over te halen om door te gaan en daar ben ik hem nog steeds dankbaar voor. West Driving raad ik iedereen ten zeerste aan.

Jayce wist precies hoe hij me moest begeleiden, niet alleen technisch, maar ook mentaal. Hij gaf me altijd het vertrouwen om door te gaan, zelfs als ik zelf twijfelde. We hebben de examenpunten uitgebreid geoefend, waardoor ik goed voorbereid het examen in ging. Zijn coaching was duidelijk, motiverend en altijd geduldig. Geen druk, geen stress.
